Relaxation for new mums

What is the most relaxing thing you've done since having a baby? Need ideas for my sis in law who just gave birth 2 months ago. She could really do with some alone time. #relax #destress #winddown

do mask. when baby is sleeping, quickly apply sheet mask. easy to take out if baby suddenly wake up.

shopping. massage (my fav) drinking (chill) outings with friends w/o baby for once nights out

watch a good movie, or even meet up with mummies friends for high tea. or go for new haircut.

she can call me if she need a company for shopping for bb stuffs n coffe r chit chat. hahaaa

Shopping therapy works for me! Meeting up with friends for a drink is great too!

I will think a 2hr spa will be good.. nv got one though.. hehe..
