Fear of labour c-section

What and how should I prepare myself mentally before going through the c-section? I’m very scared of the first spine injection. #pregnancy #1stimemom

I wud say the feeling is like injection? Lollll… the pain is not long… dont worry.. be more mentally prepare for the pain after the surgery..
