For me, I take chlorella with at least 350ml of water and one hour later, take papaya. It helps! You can also drink some prune juice and some lactulose if still very bad.
Low sugar & high fiber Fruits, vegetable such as celery, drink plenty of water.
for me i eat oatmeal that the only food that i never get constipated🥲
Try to ask for lactulose to soften bowel, drink yakult, eat fruits.
My doctor prescribed lactulose. Try drinking more water. :)
