What do you use to clean baby nursery? I saw this nursery all purpose cleaner at taka - is it any good?

Well! I have learnt that Dettol is not recommended for babies as its strong. I use Chicco all purpose liquid to clean baby mat's bottle and toys.. Not to sure about this one though ..
