What do you use to clean baby nursery? I saw this nursery all purpose cleaner at taka - is it any good?

I just usually use wet clothe and baby wash. Then rinse thoroughly with wet clothe again. For toys, I wash them once a week with a gentle and diluted detergent. I do not wash and clean very often, unless the items look really dirty.
