What are hospital check out time for Mount E? What happens if you extend by a couple of hours - do they have late check out?

It works the same way as hotels do. You could request maybe 1 hour late, but for a few hours, you'll be charge for half day rate. As anon mentions, you cannot claim for halfday. However, in my experience, although your check out is at 11am, your papers to release you may not be ready yet for you to sign. For myself, I was only discharged at about 2+pm and was still given lunch :)

Hospital check out time is 11 am. Post 11 am and before 8 pm is half day rate - where you will be served lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. You cannot claim medisave for extension.
