5 weeks and can see baby already?

Went for my KKH appt yesterday. Based on LMP I’m coming 8 weeks but KKH say I’m at 5 weeks. Able to see heartbeat during the ultrasound too. Spotted another baby(?) below the one with heartbeat but doc say there’s no heartbeat yet and can only confirm if it’s twin pregnancy or a shadow/light reflection. Feeling really puzzled…..#advicepls

did you do a abdominal or vaginal ultrasound? the weeks might be off due to your late ovulation or implantation. my last appt 1 week ago measured at 5.4w and size was really small 2mm but can see heartbeat thru abdominal scan

❤️❤️❤️ thank you. I’m just worried about the other baby(?) below of the one with heartbeat. It’s the waiting game now till the next appt!
