Short femur length in WEEK 32

Hi, went for a growth scan and HC and AC are both at average and larger than average. However, femur length is -1.3SD. Asked my gynae about it and she said nothing to worry. But i’m so worried as I didnt do the NIPT and went google to realise that femur length may relate to down syndrome or chromosome abnormalities. #advicepls #firstbaby #pleasehelp

sorry, but what does -1.3SD means? if you've cleared your Oscar then it shouldn't be that big a concern for down syndrome? if both you and your hb are more petite, your baby should also be smaller sized too... if your gynae didnt raise any concern then you shouldn't worry too much too! :)

I’m not too sure also but should be -1.3 standard deviations from the median. 😅 ya, i did oscar but not nipt. So i’m still worried as nipt is more accurate. 🥲 hmm i’m 163cm and my husband is 178cm.
