When will water retention go back to normal

A week PP, csect, and my legs, ankle, thight, calf all still swollen up, water retention or something. Anyone knows when will it go back to normal ? Am not currently using compression socks

C-sect mum as well and at 11 days pp it has almost fully gone back to normal!

Took me ard 2 weeks. Csect mom as well. Did not wear compressions socks too.

C sect mom here. It took me about 2 weeks, without compression socks

2 weeks 3 days for me. I counted because my feet really hurt
