Can we claim all delivery charged under both Mom MMP & then use Dad Medisave?

hi! wanted to ask, can all the delivery charges can be covered by both parents medisave and no need to fork out cash? abit confused w the MMP usage & how to pay for delivery charges. we are not sure whether to take private or subsidised rates in public or private hospitals. both parents have enough medisave to cover total estimated costs but not sure if can claim from both?#firsttimemom #advicepls #pleasehelp #firstbaby #deliverycharges #deliverypayment #singapore #claimmedisave

MMP will be deducted off your final bill. You cannot claim 100% via medisave as there is a capped amount (doesn’t matter whose medisave you use) unless you go for subsidised which most of the time falls below the capped value. Eg for mine, I was under private, my total bill was $8K after MMP deduction and I can only use $4K to offset from medisave and $4K via cash.
