Small frequent meals po yung advise ng OB sakin.. Every 2 hours na snack. Fruits mostly po yung nakakain ko during First trimester ko. Important din po na may meat for proteins. And don't skip your vitamins ☺️

Ako po kumakain naman ng tama pero last na check up ko june 20. Tas ngayon july18, bumaba akong 3kgs.
