Very very very bad pains when I cough or sneeze, haven't seen doc yet but I have an appt soon. But after the pains I have mild cramps (sorta like pulled muscle cramps only hurt when too much relaxing) what do I do
Stay calm. It could be tension or your tummy is preparing to expand.
Do voice out on this during your visit to the gynae to let them know your concern.
Meanwhile, rest well, avoid carrying heavy stuffs.
