May VaxCert ka na ba?😊 . . Congratulations and thank you for doing your part in getting vaccinated. Now it's time for you to secure and get your vaccination certificate.πŸ™Œ According to DICT - β€œThe VaxCertPH certificate is used to represent the COVID-19 vaccination status of a citizen of the Philippines and non-Filipino citizens vaccinated in the Philippines." It can be considered as a proof of vaccination for international travel since it complies with the digital guidelines issued by World Health Organization (WHO), unlike the vaccination cards issued by LGUs. How to request a VaxCert? βœ… Go to the self-service VaxCertPH portal at https://vaxcert.doh.gov.ph/ and click continue. βœ… Tick the box to accept the data privacy statement. βœ… You will be asked to answer a question if you're fully vaccinated within 48 hours. Choose YES in the dropdown and continue. βœ… Complete your personal information and make sure it match with your vaccination card details. βœ… Next is to enter your 1st and 2nd dose vaccination details.
