1mo fell down while bathing

Hi all urgent, was bathing lo in a tub when the tub suddenly lost balance and fell. Lo was in the tub ( never hit the floor and was sitting straight all waters are drained from the tub. No injuries still can smile and eat what should i do? I feel guilty will something happen to her?

Since there’s no visible injuries and baby is behaving normally, please monitor for few hours. Watch out for signs such as vomit, fever or cranky (crying) for no apparent reasons. If nothing happens After few hours, baby is unhurt

Its been 2 hrs she seems normal to me.. Can play can eat can sleep all
