I’ll be travelling to Europe in my 14 weeks. Long haul flight. Is it ok? 🥹

I agree with the commenters above. I returned from long-haul travel to Europe at 11.5 weeks and recommend the following: 1. Get compression socks to wear on the flight. Check if your gynae can provide measured, medical grade ones. 2. Get an aisle seat, if possible. If you stay hydrated, it'll be easy for you to walk to the toilets regularly. I drank a lot of water, and went every 1-2 hours during my flight. Staying hydrated is important, as is moving! 3. Follow in-flight exercise guides (you can Google these and save image guides) to keep blood flow going while in your seat. 4. If you can, go for seats with more leg room so you're able to keep moving/stretching and not have your legs in the same position most of the time. Check with your gynae if you need clearance/ advice, but it's typically not a worry if you've had a straightforward pregnancy so far. Enjoy your trip!

I’m in in the 11. week and this week came back to Europe :) everything was all right I received from my gynea a declaration that I’m not pregnant at risk (if needed). I can recommend what previous commenter mentioned + I bought a compression’s socks and used it during the flight.

i think it depends on how your pregnancy has been so far, like is it stable and are there any bad signs/symptoms. But best to seek gynae's advise. If you are going on the flight, stay hydrated and also do move and walk around the aircraft occasionally for better blood circulation.
