Natural birth without epidural here. The contraction part is much harder to bare, while delivering the baby through my birth canal is actually bearable. However, everyone’s pain tolerance is different. Is difficult to gauge which is harder than the other.

Hmm. I had two births without epidural but labour was quite painful. Recovery was much faster. Csect for my 3rd, the recovery is tough! 😂

the painful part is finally wait till open 10finger trying to nature birth, ended up push 30min baby is not out and changed to c-sec.

It depends, if you take epidural it's easier. If no it's painful. The recovery may be faster, but the process is painful.

Doesn’t work the same for everyone. Natural birth here, experience was painless. 😅
