Any lovelies can share their birth experience?

Is it too far fetched to want natural delivery without any gas or epi for ftm? Reading all the articles saying how painful the actual contractions are and how mummies tend to ask late epi, it kinda of crush my hopes. What if my body could not take it too? 😢#pregnancy #firstbaby

It really depend on your personal pain threshold. I personally gave birth without epi, but I had plenty of gas for both 1st and 2nd pregnancies. 😅 I remember asking for epi midway but was already passed the point of no return. Haha! Perhaps consider hiring a doula who can support you and help you with other pain relief methods? Let me know if you need a recommendation!
