Bed rest

To those who are in bed rest, how do you manage boredom and stress? I was asked to bed rest due to low lying placenta and polyps.

Pwede po bang mag tanung sa unang pt ko po meron pong lumabs sa pt kong ilang malinaw at malabo ,2 beses aq nga take ganun nangyyare tpos ngaun negative na pero hindi pa din ako ng kakaroon
