Sleeping through the night

Is there a need to sleep train babies to get them to STTN? Or will they naturally and eventually start sleeping through? My LO is 10 weeks old and sleeping only 4-5hr before waking up for milk. Is this normal? Will being more stimulated in Infant care tire him out a little more to assist him to STTN?
