currently 5mos na rin and sinusunod ko yung diet phasing na from this month wag dapat sanayin na malakas magkanin kasi once maumpisahan eh mahirap mag sudden diet. more on water talaga, fruits at gulay. less rice. yung tasty bread medyo less dn kasi mataas sa sugar yon. mas ok ng paglabas ni baby sya patabain or palusugin kesa mag gain sya masyado ng weight inside.

Yep pwede pag sobra po sa timbang tska yung laki ng tiyan need po talaga. Pero yung minimal po na kanin at madaming fruits at veggies mas mainam po

depende sa health condition as a pregnant woman. hindi naman ako nagdiet in my 2 pregnancies. balanced diet is needed whether buntis or hindi.
