I don’t like to drink milk! But baby needs calcium. If you don’t have enough calcium intake, baby will take it from your bones/ teeth leading to dental and bone issues. So far I find Anmum maternal milk (chocolate flavour) to be most tolerable. It tastes like Milo. Else, I ask for calcium supplement from my gynae and take those instead. Hope this helps. :)

You can ask for calcium supplements from your gynae! Mine prescribed Suncal-D. I think it’s calcium+vitamin d if I’m not wrong. I was told these should not be taken together with iron supplements so I take them 2 hours apart from my usual multi-vitamins with iron supplement. Else you can try Annum chocolate! It’s really not too bad. I add ice to mine so it taste close to iced Milo. :)

My gynae already provided calcium pills, so I did not take maternal milk. Besides I get bloated v easily when pregnant now, so I avoid milk and milk base beverage
