Slight Fever

Can we take Panadol Extra if running a temperature of 38.4? Having cough now too but no other choices in office :( currently 15weeks. TIA!

Thanks all lovely mummies! 😊 Managed to get med for the cough and runny nose.. Relying on the normal panadol for my temperature since it managed to go down after 2 rounds of tabs :) Thanks loads for sharing!!!
