Slight Fever

Can we take Panadol Extra if running a temperature of 38.4? Having cough now too but no other choices in office :( currently 15weeks. TIA!

Thanks for all the advices!! ❤️ Took panadol & my temperature went down :)) Cant wait to recover soon.. I'm almost coughing my lungs out already T.T
