hanggang pwet din tahi ko nung nanganak ako last March lang compared nung nanganak ako sa 1st baby ko (1cm lang cut ko nun sa vagina since maliit baby ko that time premature pa). wala naman akong special na ginawa. sinunod ko lang si OB 1week antibiotic, pain reliver as needed, hugas ng gyne pro 2x a day habang may bleeding pa, and madalas na palit ng pads. kumain ng masustansya (vit c at protein rich foods for tissue and muscle repair) more on prutas/gulay ako na mabilis pampapoop. more water like 3L a day as in since breastfeeding din ako, every 2weeks visit kay OB for check up until 5weeks poatpartum ko. literal na 5weeks ko nun kayang kaya ko nang gumalaw ng wala nang masakit, pero 9days sarado na yung sugat at nalusaw na yung tahi as per my OB po, pero ramdam pa yung mild pain pag naupo ako nun. bilin lang nya icontinue yung mga instructions nya sakin.

2 weeks PP, abot pwet din ang tahi haha. Followed OB’s prescription, antibiotic and pain reliever and always kept the area clean. Been using betadine fem wash sa private parts. Change pads regularly and iwas sa masisikip na panty. After a week chineck ni OB ang tahi and so far nag heheal na and nalulusaw na ang tahi. May pressure parin kahit onti lalo na’t masyadong magalaw ako sa day. Aaand try to get rest as much as possible. Laban momsh
