Anyone experienced this?

Yup - then started spotting and cramps at about 9w. Went doctor scan only showed 6w size and no heartbeat. Given meds and told to go back in 2 weeks. But within the week the cramps got more intense and started bleeding clots. Went emergency they said I was going thru miscarriage, did d&c the next day cause pain was unbearable.
