My RBC count is borderline pass and my doctor say my iron reserve is low for my safety during birth,he recommend me to get supplements for it. Recently he gave me iron supplement injection(one time), and i have been constantly eating iron supplement too. Do check with your gynae what supplements he can give you to help in the situation.
