Of course.. U can eat suji upma, poha, Roti, south Indian breakfast... But if u have diabetes or thyroid then please avoid all of these and eat Roti or fruits which contains less sugar......

Oats Yoghurt with fresh fruits, eat berries like blueberry n strawberries, avoid papaya and pineapple Lots of juice like fresh coconut juice , orange , watermelon Dry fruits or dry fruits blended with milk Lots of veggies , have leafy ones too Have banana ( to avoid constipation) Egg ( if ur a non veg ) else tofu or paneer
