I didn’t have any sign of labour too, it was my gynae who check my dilation and ask me to check in for labour immediately (was near 39 weeks) - tips: bring along your hospital registration doc along in case really need to admit on the same day! Hospital bag, you can arrange your hubby to pick it up later.
