Ifc diaper bag

Do u still pack things for going-out-diaper bag as basic items will be put in ifc already. Like diapers, wipes, diaper cream, changing mat and milk power. I want to pack just in case we had to ask others to help pickup or not going home straight from ifc but like too bulky already with working bag.
