Do you sterilise everything when feeding your baby? Our 7 month old is formula fed so obviously we sterilise her bottles, but we don't sterilise all the utensils, bowls, spoons etc. Is that bad?

I think it is okay. Milk bottles have nook and crannies that are hard to reach and since baby pretty much uses it more times than anything else, it's understandable to sterilise them. But as for utensils and toys, sure you can sterilise if you have the time. But most mothers I know would just wash it thoroughly with hot water and mild wash soap or detergent. It's really up to personal preferences.

Most of my friends do not sterilize the feeding utensils but only uses hot water and soap to soak and clean them. They would keep those in a separate container after washing.
