Persistent diarrhea

My son has diarrhea 2 weeks ago and he has recently improved after eating just plain porridge. However his diarrhea seems to come back after we start to introduce back his regular foods. Does anyone encounter the same before?

whats the regular food and try to source out the ingredient that he might not be able to take in?
