Baby having sudden rash?

Hi , my son is currently 4 months old and overnight he suddenly gotten rashes all over his body … went to PD PD said its eczema but i am not sure why are there more and more red spots around his legs and hands .. anyone’s LO also experienced such ting before ?

Eczema would be different. Super dry skin, red and itchy. It could be heat rash. Alternativrly to visit another PD/doctor for another opinion. You can also try to use Kodomo Powder Lotion,Sebamed Body Wash or Cetaphil Advanced Pro Cream. Meantime use loose clothes, thin material like bamboo type material or mesh clothes.
