Sore breast/cracked nipples

Sino po dito nakaranas ng sakit at hirot pag nagpapabreastfeed? New mommy po ako. Super sakit po pag dumedede si Lo. May times na napapaiyak nalang sa sakit 😢 Any tips po ano pwede gawin?
