Im currently 31 weeks now, pinag tetake nako ng malungay capsules for preparation daw sa breastmilk and also healthy siya kay baby kasi malungay. Gusto ko talaga magka gatas kaya sinunod ko agad haha. The earlier the better mga mamsh
