Infection

Since pregnant keep having yeast infection. Few days ago i still bleed in vagina due to inflammation and went to hospital immediately ended up is inflammation. I wash my panties everyday, and wipe everytime when i went to the toilet but not sure why i still keep having infection. Any advice?
