New obimin causing dried lips & acne flare

Since I started new obimin supplement. My lips has been chapped badly and my acne has flared up badly too. Anyone with same situation and any other alternative to this supplement?

Actually all was normal before i started taking obimin. Plus im having joint pains too 🥲 I really hope its the hormones bcz im just worried its too heaty for my body too handle and if it would affect my baby too.
