I have a minimal-moderate subchorionic hemmorhage while on my 7weeks 6 days

As shown on my ultrasound the ob find out that I have a minimal-moderate subchorionic hemmorhage while I am on my 7weeks and 6 days of pregnancy. Meaning ung bleed is nasa loob pero wala nman lumalabas sa akin na spotting or bleeding Sa labas. Lately sumasakit ang puson ko at balakang. Pero sabi ni doc Ok nman si baby 164 heartbeat nya. Pero advise nya mgrest muna ako at ingat cause it might cause miscarriage Kaya she advise me to take 3x ng pampakapit kay baby at vaginal relaxant.
