seious leg cramp

Serious leg cramp, that lasted for almost 5mins... My muscle was so tense and hard that it controls the feet to downwards position . Even when my hub tries to hold my feet back he cant, it was only when leg muscle relaxed then feet can be pulled back. Anyone experience this?
