I’ve had it. I just monitor. My gynae previously prescribed pregnancy safe meds for blocked/ runny nose as it was one of my 1st trimester symptoms. So I just take those to control the symptoms. But I take temperature regularly. If no fever should be okay. Fever is a sign of infection and can be dangerous. But do see a GP if you’re concerned. :)
