since all pregnancy is diff po .. take this one as a sort of ur "long weekend" ...watch the shows,movies or series that u nvr had time for bfore, mayb fold clothes in ur closet... plan ur baby room kht via writing muna ur ideas down .. mayb sit down n talk to ur family members more pra maka help sila sa sensitivity ng situation mo ngyn .. read blogs,books and take alot of rest .. ur baby will thank you so much for that...

Hi! bedrest din ako for a week. Cr lang pinaka malayo kong nararating. Pero bukod sa paghiga at upo. May minamal movement akong ginagawa. Kahit sa room lakad lakad lang ng konti para maexercise but not much. Basta mastretch ka lang. Para naman di ako mabored bumili ako ng DIY beads painting. Hope it can hel you as well :)

tried to read books, or learn something. sa case ko po, i downloaded language app. currently learning Spanish..

watch movie/series, read books. yan lang pinagkakaabalahan ko nung bed rest ako...
