Mommy eat healthy. Make sure cukup zat & nutrients yang diperlukan ok. Junk food fast food semua tu avoid. Jangam stress2 jugak. Folic acid & supplement yang kk bagi jangan skip.
Kalau xada gdm, blh minum susu…bnyk mkn protein & sayur2…
syukur hri tu check gdm takda so mmg dah prepare beli susu hahaha tp tu la HB sy low so nurse suruh jarakkan pgambilan susu 🥲
