Week 28, sciatic pain.

Sciatic pain on my left that I can't even walk and every movement I make is just making me in pain. Any mama facing the same problem as well? Need help to ease the pain 🥲🥲🥲

Yeap me during second pregnancy. Dr wanted to give painkiller I decline. I did PN Massage and then, after birth I did PP Massage. Main tackle the sciatica pain.
