Is it safe to use peppermint and orange essential oil diffuser to curb with nausea? In first trimester.

I personally avoided essential oils throughout my pregnancy because I have heard from other mommies that some ingredients are not safe for pregnant women. I am prescribed Diclectin from my gynae for nausea.
