Is it safe taking creamaffin syrup?? (5 months pregnancy)Its been 1 week,still I am facing..I dont want to eat anything.. ??

Gynae prescribe me Duphalac syrup.  It works for me.  Can buy from Watsons/Guardian pharmacy.  Do drink lots of water too.
