Ginger tea/Salabat/Strepsils

Safe po ba sa buntis ang ginger tea or salabat? Work from home po kasi ako, and my work requires a lot of speaking eh, nangangati na po throat ko. I’m 5 months pregnant with history of two miscarriages kaya sobrang careful ko sa foods and anything na in-intake ko. Just wanna ask if safe po ba ang salabat or ginger tea for pregnant? And strepsils?
