Sex after ovalution

Is it safe to have sex without any protection after ovalution and before period comes? Not intending to have another baby.

Because sometimes ovulation can be off by a few days, I would avoid it within 1 week of the expected ovulation date to be safe

yes it's safe But always better take precautions in case you are not planning for another baby :)
