Is it safe to have sex during the 1st trimester? Does an orgasm (intense one) increase the risk during 1st trimester?

It's safe BUT as you know 1st trimester is fragile stage. just be more careful. We usually skip during 1st trimester cause of the fragile stage and body still adapting to changes. We get active again 2nd trimester onwards.
