What do i drink or eat before the scanning?

Any recommendations on what to consume before the scanning? I tried not eating and baby was inactive. I tried eating yet the scan was gassy. Any recommendations pls?

I didn’t specifically eat certain foods before scans thou. I’m not sure if it helps but because KOI was beside my gynae’s clinic so I always drink koi before I go for my scans, all good. 😂
