Any recommendation for a good and affordable place for 1st birthday celebration? I'm looking for buffet lunch for about 45 people. Where can I get those customised cookies?

I went to a birthday lunch buffet at a place called A Pinch of Salt somewhere in Tanjong Pagar, once. It serves the usual cafe/western fare and the food's decent. Not too sure how much their buffet packages are but reckon not too pricey.
