I used to smoke before 2 years, but I didn't have a reason to quit. Then I decided to get married, and that made me think more about my habits. I wanted to be there for my family, and so I must stay healthy. Also I remembered how much I've wasted on smoke, so I focused on what's important to me and it helped.
